To meet that demand it is essential that Madrid recruit a gifted all rounder to help take up some of the slack.
The Financial Account Manager takes up responsibility for the daily management of a portfolio of client companies, undertaking everything those offshore vehicles need to operate. This can and will include administration of all documentation, creating financial reports and balance sheets. The Financial Account Manager will also get involved in Tax declarations – hunting down info for the clients accountants, helping compile annual reports and undertaking investment management transactions - securitization transactions, fund administration and an element of simple portfolio maintenance. To be considered for the Financial Account Manager position you should have at least two years experience administering client companies in the trust, legal or private banking sectors. You will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have some basic accounting knowledge – preparing balance sheets, simple accounts and the needs of accountants prior to a complex Tax declaration. It is also hoped you will a basic understanding of the asset management products available in the open market, know how to conduct (inter)national transfers of money and how to deal with banks.
