Prior to a new product launch the Client Relationship Administrator will help with the preparation of all documentation relating to the administration of and acquisition of approval for legal documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Letters of Intent and contracts.
You can also expect to be asked to help with a lot of the client invoicing and even credit control. Another important area of the pre launch is making sure the new client has completed the Due Diligence process and filled in all the forms.
There is a clearly defined check list that must be adhered to for all new clients , for example you should ensure that all new card program applications are filled in and presented to the New Business Committee for approval.
As the client(s) moves through the setting up the stage you will help monitor and report to all parties upon the current state of play. You cane Expect as the Client Relationship Administrator to respond to many queries from prospective, new and current clients by telephone and email.
After the launch the Client Relationship Administrator maintains and completes all invoicing, billing and credit control with their clients. They must stay on top of any changes introduced to their client programs by regulatory bodies or by MasterCard / Visa (key partners in BIN sponsorship).
You can expect to form alongside the Customer Relationship Manager the central point of contact in the company for your clients to contact with their queries and concerns. This exciting role will involve working with many business units in the company including consulting with various members of the Finance team, Compliance managers, members of the Operations team and the Business Developer BIN Sponsor internally, with Visa and MasterCard departments and with other external companies. - To be considered for the Client Relationship Administrator vacancy you should have at least two years experience working in a banking client facing role.
- It would be excellent if that was in the prepaid card / payment industry – although the client recognized that is unlikely.
- Besides a level of client facing experience you will also have experience in the provision of administrative support to management, including working on behalf of management and some exposure to invoicing / credit control.
